Dr.Oz’s Butt Busting Brownie

Ingredients

1 cup raw cacao powder 
1/4 tsp cayenne 
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 cup organic raisins
1 cup oats
Directions 
In a food processor purée the cacao, cayenne, cinnamon, milk and raisins until a smooth paste forms. Add the oats to the food processor and quickly pulse to incorporate them. Transfer the mix into a square or rectangular container lined cross wise with wax paper. Press down to form the ‘brownie’ base. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares before serving. Enjoy!

Makes 12 Servings
1 (18.25 oz) box moist-style dark chocolate cake mix
1 (12 oz) can club soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 9-inch by 13-inch baking pan with nonstick spray. In a large bowl, whisk cake mix with soda until smooth. Pour into the pan. Bake until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Slice and enjoy!

Insanity Results

This is my amazing results from Insanity. I believe in these pics i had lost about 15 lbs in the 2 months. My results could have been alot better but I have a sweets obsession so I would treat my self occationally (sometimes would go over board) so this just proves that you can get results even if you treat yourself every once in awhile =]

Guess what I did this weekend!
I went and saw The Blue Man Group!!
Theyre touring around and came to my city =]

If you EVER get the chance to go see them I HIGHLY reccomend it ! it was soo much fun!
and really interesting lol

So the Pic #1 the blue man guy decided to stick his finger in my cup cake..
Pic #2 shows then he proceeded to rub the icing on my finger as well as blue paint.

My Thoughts on P90X

It sucks.

well not entirely..
I really like the Arm and leg workouts but the Cardio, Kenpo and other “cardio” excercises stink.
I feel like im giving it my all but in the end im hardly winded, only the back of my neck has like 1 drop of sweat and I just feel like P90x isnt really getting me anywhere. Plus i burn no where near as many calories as i did with insanity.
With Insanity i was drenched in sweat at the end, feeling good and accomplished and got great results.

I think Im going to go back to Insanity, but ill give p90x one more week.

Totally off topic.

This has nothing to do with fitness, its about my education!
well i graduated in 2009 and have upgraded a couple classes since but at the moment ive been doing nothing but working
I was originally wanting to go into Medical Radiology Technology but its WAY too competive to get in to and they only accept 20 people a year! and its just killing my self esteem (because i know im not the smartest person alive) so last night my mom and i were looking thro programs i could take and i found one im really excited for!!
Nuclear Medicine Technology!!
IM SO EXCITED!
First I have to upgrade a shit ton of classes but the course isnt as competive and it makes a decent amount of money!
